Return Process

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number along with your email address to select the items you wish to send back.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  • 3.
    Attach the Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Refund

    Hand over the package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
